Day 1 of the lose 35lb challenge

Today starts Day 1 of my 35lb challenge with myself. I am posting my current stats so I can have a hardcopy of everything as a way of motivation. I'm currently at 151 lbs.... and I know as a 5'6.5" person that isn't extremely overweight... but I know exactly where I want to be.

History
I have spent the last 6yrs of my life in the fitness world and from 2005-2008 dedicated atleast 2 hrs in the gym everyday with a strict low carb high protein NO JUNKFOOD diet. In 2008 after breaking up with my boyfriend I began to drink more and workout less. I thought that I would never gain weight and always be the size 3 forever.... Then came the 25lb gain :( Talk about a swift kick in the rear!

It's been 2 yrs since I've felt secure about my body and I am DETERMINED to lose the weight and get to my goal of 116lbs!!!
